Civic Events: Lecture Series 2/9
“The Intuitive Edge” – Personal Development and Future Thinking, will feature inspirational and motivational speaker Rebecca A. Nagy. Integrating this multi-tiered and holistic approach, Rebecca now leads groups on a powerful journey of discovery and transformation - from the inside - out: by training your mind for deep levels of concentration, stress management and creative problem solving. This lecture is scheduled for 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, 2/9/10. A brief reception will follow. - Admission is $10 for the public and free to CCAC members.

After the tree is lit, walk on over to the CCAC and enjoy a sweet treat, hot cider or chocolate, visit with Santa, register for door prizes, sign up for our classes/workshops and make a holiday ornament compliments of your CCAC!

The Second Annual Creative Students Summer Workshop will be held August 3-August 20 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from noon-2:30pm. Orientation will be held on Saturday, July 25 at from 2pm-3pm at the CCAC Studio.
Please inquire about scholarship opportunities if costs are a problem, as there are some available through sponsorships from Carolina Medical Center Pineville, Compass Group and Thompson Hospitality.
Cost for members is $100 for first child, and $60 for each additional child in a family. Cost for non-members is $125 for first child and $75 for each additional child in family.

INDIVIDUAL WORKSHOP CLASSES ARE NOW AVAILABLE. We are offering this payment structure in hopes that it helps with the economic crunch on family budgets. You decide how many classes you want to take, and pay as you go! Two hour classes are available most Monday and Thursday nights from 6:30pm until 8:30pm.
Kids Jewelry Making Workshop
Kids, Join us for a free workshop 11am-3pm and learn how to make beaded jewelry. There is no cost for this lesson. If you wish to purchase the jewelry you create, there will be a cost of $5 to cover cost of materials.
