“Reach More of Your Own Potential and Be A Better Leader!” featuring Randy Hall, Founder and Principal, 4th Gear Consulting.  Randy is passionate about developing amazing leaders and thriving, principled organizations. He believes that nothing will have greater impact on our economy, our communities, our lives and our kids’ lives. 

Changing times call for leaders to think differently about how they lead their organizations, their communities and even how they lead themselves.  In this discussion Randy will explore the behaviors that set leaders apart from others and make them more successful.  Leaders are needed at every level of our businesses and our communities and Randy will help each of us move closer to becoming the kind of leader that makes a difference, no matter what our role is and no matter what kind of organization we are a part of.  Join us to learn how to reach more of your own potential and how to help teams, groups and other individuals do the same.

Randy has broad experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, organizational learning and talent planning and understands how to use this experience to help any organization perform better and engage their people. He has been coaching and training leaders for years and is uniquely able to help them find their strengths and use them to accomplish virtually anything they are committed to. Randy has coached executives at the top of Fortune 25 companies as well as small business owners and solo entrepreneurs.
